- Description
- The contractor shall perform the following to update the Fire Control Simulator (FCSIM 542) incorporating the US capability to operate with the UK Launcher Simulator. Incorporate the design from the US 644 integration effort into the UK FCSIM Software. Conduct system integration testing in the SP Electronic Classroom at GDAIS and deliver the FCSIM via SPALT. Provide on-site installation support to the UK TTF Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
