- QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: 1. What kind of MC training is this: on-road non-tactical or off-road tactical? ANSWER: Per the solicitation, specifically the attached Statement of Work, the training is primarily open road, highway driving skills (see paragraphs 1.9 -1.15 and 1.17, 1.18 of the SOW). However, there is a portion labeled off road techniques and recovery (listed under SOW paragraph 1.15 - 2nd item labeled 1.15). 2. What type of MCs will be provided for training? ANSWER: Motorcycles will not be provided to students or contractor instructors for the training. Per the solicitation under the section labeled CLINs 0005-0006 and the SOW Scope of Work: Each student will provide their own personal motorcycle for training purposes. Contractor instructors shall provide their own motorcycles, be a licensed MC rider, and properly insured.
