Description: The intent of this contract is to provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, supplies, materials and transportation required for the removal of snow to an off-site, vendor owned location and to provide hourly services, as required for clearing of snow and salting walk areas at the VA Healthcare System Upstate NY - Buffalo site: 3495 Bailey Ave, Buffalo, NY 14215.
