- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis of the following items: Description: Premier Support for BEA AquaLogic Ensemble; Premier Support for BEA AquaLogic Pages with existing AquaLogic Interaction Studio; Premier Support for BEA AquaLogic Pathways Interaction. Software Service Support Contract. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Standard is $25 million. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a restricted competitive, SDB set-aside action. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA, requests responses from qualified sources. Attached the Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N63394-10-T-0011. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20080722. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
