Description: The Miami VA Healthcare System (MVAHS) will be conducting its annual Strategic Planning retreat during the week of November 2-3, 2009 from 8:00am to 4:30pm. "The MVAHS will need a large conference room big enough to accommodate approximately 75 staff members. "Four breakout rooms to accommodate approximately 12 individuals per room. The Miami VA Healthcare System (MVAHS) will be conducting its annual Strategic Planning retreat during the week of November 2-3, 2009. The MVAHS will host approximately 75 Staff members during the off-site. The purpose of the strategic planning retreat is for the MVAHS Leadership to strategically plan how we can improve on re-establishing trust (internally), improve teamwork and improve accountability/corporate responsibility. 2. To facilitate the Strategic Planning off-site the MVAHS is looking for a venue which will accommodate approximately 75 MVAHS Staff Members. The venue must be able to provide the following support during the strategic planning retreat: a. The MVAHS will need a large conference room big enough to accommodate approximately 75 staff members. b. Four breakout rooms to accommodate approximately 12 individuals per room. c. Continental breakfast for two days Selection of breakfast bakeries Coffee Juice Fruits and berries d.Lunch for two days 3 options of appetizer before the meals such as soup, salad, cole slaw 3 choice of Sandwich option for the entire group 3 choices of Desert option for the entire group Soda, water coffee e.
