- Description
- The United States Government seeks professional office space in the cities of Plantation, Hollywood, and surrounding area. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). On-site parking shall be available at a ratio of 1 space for every 250 rentable square feet of demised area. The proposed space must not be located within one block of daycare centers or schools. Public transportation must be within two to three blocks of the proposed space. The space offered must consist of approximately 9,946 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 8,649 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area described below. North: W. Sunrise Boulevard South: Pines Boulevard/ Hollywood Boulevard East: State Road 441 West: I-75 All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the property’s ownership.
