On Behalf of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances (OPPTS), Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP), Biological and Economic Analysis Division (BEAD), Analytical Chemistry Branch (ACB), theProgram Contract Service Center (PCSC) plans to award a purchase order using the procedures set forth in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain a Geno/Grinder for pesticide extractions. Specifically, the Agency is requesting: Item# 1 115 V Geno Grinder( x1); Item# 2 Large capacity clamp assembly(x1); Item# 3 Foam holder for 50ml vials (x2); Item# 4 Foam 15ml tube holder (x2); Item# 5 Grade 25 Grinding balls (in packages of 5,000) (x1). Any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the Agency's requirements, as stated in this announcement, may submit their response in writing via e-mail to Jennifer Garger at garger.jennifer@epa.gov by 12:00 pm, noon Monday, October 26, 2009.
