- The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to enter into sole source procurement with Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. This proposed contract action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect. This procurement is for a renewal of an annual subscription fee for Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. This subscription is an online renewal of electronic journals for all Greater Los Angeles facilities. This subscription makes possible access to the latest edition of titles that are not available through the VISN subscription through Ovid. These titles are necessary to support clinical decision-making/patient care. This notice of intent is not a request for c e quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract ompetitiv based on responses to this notice is solely by the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Inquires will only be accepted by email at rosetta.quintons@va.gov.
