Description
MICC, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis (MAMC), Washington intends to award a sole source contract. This is a Pre-Soliciting Notice. Competition is under FAR 6.301-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. Requirements: - LOCATION OF WORK: The Customer Service Training is located at Fort Lewis, Washington. Fort Lewis is a United States Army military reservation located in Pierce and Thurston Counties, Washington. - HOURS OF OPERATION: The contractor shall perform the Customer Service Training at various times to include during normal duty hours (7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.) and after duty hours (4 P.M to 10 P.M. Monday through Friday including weekend day and evening hours as well, excluding Federal holidays unless otherwise required in the contract or approved by the Contracting Officer. - REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY: Customer Service Training will provide 25 sessions that will be done during day, evening and midnight operations at Madigan as well as to selected Fort Lewis Family Readiness Groups. The customer service program needs to deliver a creative and unique style of customer service and resiliency training directed to staff, health care providers and Family members using comedy and musical entertainment. The Customer Service Training must be entertainment oriented customer service and resiliency training that is a key element and first step in the Commanders customer service initiative focused on employee care first that will propel patient and beneficiary care to the highest levels of satisfaction. Please provide your various syllabuses and you unique approach to this highly involved subject. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors may submit their pre-solicitation notice information to Robert E. Lentz at robert.e.lentz@us.army.mil. TELEPHONIC REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Vendors offering a response to this notice should ensure registration in the Central Contractor Registration Database at http://www.bpn.gov/ prior to submission of offers for consideration.
