Description

TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY CHAT PMIS #149355 - Design/Build Services to improve public access and decrease the environmental impact to Hewlett Field for the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area in Sandy Springs, GA. This project entails producing a written concept plan with drawings and costs estimates, accomplishing environmental clearances and construction. This project is being procured pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILBALE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION 8(a) PROGRAM in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8 and is limited to 8(a) contractors within the state of Georgia. The contractor's must have an established office with the state. The magnitude of the price range is between $200,000.00 - $350,000.00. Since the majority of the work is construction, the NAICS is 237110 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The solicitation will be available On Or About November 3, 2009 and can be obtained from the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Solicitations can only be obtained through this electronic method. Instructions on how to navigate the FBO website can be located on the website. Inquiries to the Contracting Office regarding the use and navigation of the FBO should not be made. Proposals will be due on or about December 3, 2009. Additional information about a site visit and the proposal submission requirements will be provided in the solicitation documents. The awardee, if made, is subject to reporting requirements in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and FAR 52.204-11.
