- New Manufactured Material and New/Unused Government or CommercialSurplus Material will be solicited for this acquisition.NSN: 5996-01-406-4035 OJ.OEM Code: 63005. PN: 23059687.Description: Electronic Amplifier - temperature datum amp receives andmonitors engine speed and provides feedback to all fuel accessories andcontrols engine. Dimensions are approx. 8 inches by 8 inches by 4inches. Material is corrosion resistant steel.Quantity: 5 each.Destination: Foreign Military Sales DSR004.Delivery Schedule: 5 each on or before 28 FEB 2010.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free TradeAgreements.Export Control does not apply to this acquisition.An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. DO NOT CALLTHIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS.Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services.
