- NSN 3120-00-735-9088; Purchase Request Number IQC09281009007; Bearing, Washer, Thrust. Drawing Number 73342, CAGE 73342, Allison Transmission GM. Destination Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 88 DARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 648 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 162 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation anticipated issue date is November 2, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
