- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Operations Center (NOC), intends on utilizing an existing Single Award BPA GCDB and Land Records Services contract to procure an ArcGIS Land Status and Scanning Support project. The BPA being utilized is L07PD04989, and was awarded to Premier Data Services through GSA contract number is GS-35F-0418K. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated BPA contractor. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541370 and Product Service Code D315. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing by email to Chad Hepp, Contracting Officer, at Chad_Hepp@blm.gov. Below is a general description of the services required. Of the over 5,000 townships in both OR and WA, contracted work on 2874 townships are eligible for ARRA funding. This project addresses post scanning support tasks required in ARRA townships to provide the indexed and accessible digital Control Document Index (CDI) official records to streamline the processing of alternative energy applications. This project also encompasses ArcGIS support in the creation and updating of land status data for ARRA eligible townships to facilitate display and analysis of alternative energy GIS themes.
