THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDERRecovery Act Project - Replace Booster Water Pumps Design This notice is for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the VISN 23 A/E Contracts - V618P/BOA-4161a Fourfront Design; V618P/BOA-4162a Bloom Engineers & Associates; V618P/BOA-4163a DLR Group; V618P/BOA-4164a Dunham Associates, Inc.; V618P/BOA-4165a Mohagen/Hansen Architectural Group; V618P/BOA-4166a Rani Engineering; V618P/BOA-4167a Leo A. Daly; and V618P/BOA-4168a Wolfgram/Knutson Architects Ltd. The Government anticipates entering into negotiations for a Task Order, with Dunham Associates, 50 South Sixth St, Suite 1100, Minneapolis, MN 55402 for the architect-engineering services for this project. Project Description: A-E shall provide drawings and specifications for the removal and replacement of three existing water booster pumps at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. The replacement of the booster pumps shall include replacing existing pipes and valves back to the existing RPZ's. RPZ's will not be replaced. Additional water pipe and valves shall be replaced. Existing pumps include one 25 HP and two 50 HP pumps. A-E shall investigate the existing system, evaluate the system and size the new pumps based on the new calculations. NAICS code 541310 applies to this procurement.
