- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED WAREHOUSE/FLEX SPACE IN GALLUP, NM PROJECT #: 8NM2213 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous warehouse/storage/flex space with some office space. The total space offered must consist of a minimum of 47,533 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 49,910 usable square feet. The minimum required office area is 4,084 usable square feet to a maximum of 4,289 usable square feet. It is preferred that all space be located on the first floor, however the Government would accept office space being located on the second floor. The warehouse space must be temperature controlled or have the ability to be upgraded to provide temperature control. Ceiling height of approximately 30 feet is required. A loading dock and the ability to accommodate 18-wheeler tractor trailer is also required. The Government will require fifty (50) secure, surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within city limits of Gallup, NM. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 28, 2010. The offered space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The proposed space should not be located in a flood plain. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
