- Description
- The Government wishes to lease approximately 975 rentable square feet (RSF) of Class A or B office and related space which will yield approximately 847 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet. The space will be occupied by Department of Defense - Defense Contract Audit Agency(DOD-DCAA). The space must be contiguous on one floor in an existing or leased construction building with a minimum setback of 50 feet. Five (5) parking spaces are also required. Space must be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The lease will be for a 10 year, 5 year firm term. Subleases will not be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including parking for 5 Government Vehicles. Buildings with parking below the building may not be considered. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Grand Rapids, MI as follows: W: Front Avenue S: 4th Street E: Monroe Avenue N: 6th Street Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. One-eight inch scale drawing of space offered. 3. Square footage offered. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
