- Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office Salt Lake intends to award a contract for vocational/educational rehabilitation services, Chapter 31 and Chapter 36 for the VA Regional Office Honolulu, HI for eligible veterans residing in the state of Hawaii, American Samoa, and Guam to include the Northern Marianas and Micronesia. Contract will include reports of comprehensive intake interviews, reports of initial and motivational counseling and educational/vocational testing and scheduling services. Contract period will run from date of award for a six month period with two three-month options to extend the contract. Solicitation will be released on or about October 14, 2009 with a closing date of October 30, 2009. All requests for copies of the solicitation must be in writing to the contracting officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake Reional Office, 550 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84158 or to fax number (801) 708-7378 and must reference the solicitation number.
