- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Health care Service Purchase Order for a Dentist to provide services for 2/3 weeks consecutively for 5 times during this fiscal year half time at the McLaughlin Clinic in McLaughlin, south Dakota and half time at the Fort Yates PHS, IHS Hospital in Fort Yates, North Dakota. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2010. The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-10-059, shall be in writing by email. Please provide the postal mailing address or email address and how you would prefer the package to be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be October 27,2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is November 11, 2009.
