- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SAVANNAH, GA STAR#: 9GA2143 The United States Government seeks to lease Class A contiguous office space on or above the 2nd floor of a building. The space offered must consist of approximately 44,453 rentable square feet in Savannah, GA. The space should yield 38,655 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require sixty (60) covered, secured parking spaces. Surface, secured parking spaces will be considered. A setback of 20 feet is required and applies to all sides of the building. The building will be required to meet LEED-NC. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Bryan Street South: Liberty Street West: Montgomery Street East: Habersham Street Buildings which face and have street addresses on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated area. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. No subleases will be considered. The GSA Contracting Officer is Justin Kidwell, 404.562.5033. Interested parties must submit pertinent information no later than 5:00pm EST on October 28, 2009 to GSA's authorized representative, CB Richard Ellis. No locations or additional interest will be considered after this firm due date.
