Description

RECOVERY The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking the qualified firms under the COMMISSIONING AND EXPERT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES / NATIONWIDE IDIQ CONTRACTS (Multiple Award) to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) services under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order Contract. Thus, this opportunity is available only to the contractors under the following contract numbers: 1) GS-00P-06-CYD-0112, Everton Oglesby Architects, PLLC 2) GS-00P-06-CYD-0115, M.E. Group, Inc. 3) GS-00P-06-CYD-0279, Setty & Associates, LTD 4) GS-00P-06-CYD-0118, Carter & Burgess, Inc. 5) GS-00P-06-CYD-0116, DMJM H&N, Inc. 6) GS-00P-06-CYD-0119, Jacobs Facilities, Inc. 7) GS-00P-06-CYD-0117, Leo A. It is the intent of the government to award a Firm Fixed Price - Task Order to one (1) A-E Firm to perform Design-Build Scopes of Work for the following buildings/facilities: PROJECT #1: Building Systems Improvements/Building Tune-Up BUILDING: Ariel Rios Federal Building LOCATION: 12 th & Pennsylvania Ave. Washington, DC 20535 BUILDING #: DC0028ZZ Project Control No.: SDC03029 PROJECT #2: Lighting/Building Systems Improvements/Building Tune-Up BUILDING: EPA East Federal Building LOCATION: 12 th & Constitution, Washington, D.C. 20423 BUILDING #: DC0521AB Project Control No.: SDC03021 PROJECT #3: Lighting/Building Systems Improvements/Building Tune-Up BUILDING: EPA West Federal Building LOCATION: 1301 Constitution Ave., Washington, D.C. 20004 BUILDING #: DC0522AB Project Control No.: SDC03021 PROJECT #4: Building Systems Improvement/Building Tune-Up BUILDING: EPA Connecting Wing Federal Building LOCATION: 12 th & Constitution Ave. Washington,D.C. 20001 BUILDING #: DC0523AB Project Control No.: SDC03021 The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment necessary to provide engineering and commissioning expertise to conduct re-commissioning / retro-commissioning planning, identify energy conservation and water conservation measures, scoping, testing, investigation, evaluation, analysis, calculations, recommendations, and report writing services. The successful bidder will prepare the entire package - inclusive of boiler plate and proposal submission requirements, evaluation criteria, etc. associated with source selection. 7. The duration for writing the D/B SOW is approximately 4 months including GSA an initial review and two (2) resubmissions.
