Description

The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source contract with MEDRAD, INC. 100 Global View Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086-7601 for the purchase of a AngioJet Ultra Console Thrombectomy System. The anticipated contract will be for a Firm Fixed-Price, one-time purchase.The government plans to solicit and make an award for this requirement to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253 (1). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No Solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services. If no responses are received, the NMVAHCS will proceed with this notice may be requested from Contracting Specialist Francis L.
