Description

Two additional Questions & Answers that were left off of the Q&A attachment are as follows: 1. Question: Does DEA already own a SharePoint license available for use with this solicitation? Answer: Yes, DEA has a license for SharePoint 2. a) Question: Can we propose multiple COTS solutions? Answer: No. The RFQ requires a single COTS product. b) Question: From how many jurisdictions and individual courts will rules need to be included; if the answer to a) is no then will you provide us all of the Court rules or will we have to gather them all ourselves? Answer: The requirement to "Import jurisdiction-specific court rules and calendar important dates and deadlines in litigation matters as well as appropriate reminds of same" has been removed and is no longer a requirement. Accordingly, the Government will issue an amendment to the solicitation deleting Section B. II. a. viii of the Statement of Work (SOW). Section B. II. a. viii of the Statement of Work (SOW) has been removed and this change is indicated by a vertical line in that section of the SOW. Additionally, the deadline for quotes has been extended to Friday, September 16, 2009 at 12:00noon EST.
