- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT Andrea Battaglia, Logistics Management Specialist, (732)532-4637 The GUADRAIL weapon system team requests a plan to remove, replace and test the existing identified obsolete parts from the Guard Rail Common Sensor (GRCS) Advanced Quick Look (AQL) system AQL components to be removed/replaced/tested include Antenna RF Processing, Phase Detector Modules, 200 MHz crystal oscillator. The USG does not hold right drawing beyond a top level and the OEM holds proprietary rights to data on these items. All interested parties considering submission in support of this request for technical support should submit a white paper no greater than 10 pages in length and should include at a minimum the following information: 1) Provide evidence of the contractors facilities and experience with type of testing. 2) Provide evidence of past performance on similar projects in support of the requested work. 3) Respondents may offer white papers on a total support approach or on any subset of this support requirement. This documentation may be mailed to US Army, Commander CECOM, AMSEL-LC-IEW-ILS-AC, Building 1201W, Fort, Monmouth, NJ 07703-5211 to the attention of Andrea Battaglia. Documentation may also be sent to electronic address Andrea.Battaglia1@us.army.mil. To be considered as part of the market research database, documentation should be received no later than 30 October 2009. No phone inquiries will be accepted either as a response to this action or for information or questions prior to submission of your response. All requests for information must be in writing to the addresses above. The government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this synopsis. Respondent firms should indicate whether or not they are a small business.
