- REMANUFACTURE F100-PW-100/220E/220 Combustion Chamber Assembly SOL FA8121-10-R-0001 AFGLSC/448 SCMG/PKBB TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015. A firm fixed-price Requirements type contract is contemplated with one basic year and 4 (four) one year options for remanufacture of F100-PW-100/220E/220 Combustion Chamber Assemblies. Item 0001: INPUT NSN 2840-01-229-5793NZ, P/N 4064106 and/or NSN 2840-01-267-1605NZ, P/N 4080446 and/or NSN 2840-01-421-1509NZ, P/N 4080447 and/or NSN 2840-01-427-2334NZ, P/N 407810. OUTPUT NSN 2840-01-267-1605NZ, P/N 408446. BEQ as follows: 153 EA Basic Year; 42 EA OPT I; 45 EA OPT II; 48 EA OPT III; 36 EA OPT IV. Delivery required is 20 EA per month BASIC YEAR thru OPT IV. All items to be delivered every 30 days after receipt of assets or order whichever is later for the life of the contract. Item 0002: OVER AND ABOVE To Be Negotiated. Item 0003: Data. Description: The Combustion Chamber aligns nozzles and provides for fuel/air mixture. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 thru 0002. The approximate solicitation issue date is 20 OCT 2009 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 20 NOV2009. The anticipated award date will be 29 DEC 2009. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. Approved Source(s) are United Technologies Corporation DBA: Pratt and Whitney Aftermarket, San Antonio, TX 78226-1800. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in sub-contracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed.
