- Description
- SOURCES SOUGHT: The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office, is seeking information regarding availability and capability of businesses qualified to provide and install grid-tie photovoltaic systems at remote facilities located within the State of Arizona. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Your responses will assist the Government in determining if the solar systems desired meet the Buy America Act requirements as stated in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for less than 7.443 million. Any information regarding potential sources of solar systems should include all components needed to tie into an existing power grid, i.e. 6,000W inverter, solar modules, interconnect wiring, rack, and minimum performance standards equal to the following grid-tie photovoltaic system:Brand name or equal: Products should meet or exceed the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics of the following manufacturers and models, inverters and data collection and inverter control.1). Solar Modules: Sanyo HIP200BA19 Solar Modules, 51.9x35.2x1.8, 200Watts @ STC, Maximum power voltage 55.8 V (Vpm), Mackum Power Current 3.59 A (Imp), Open Circuit Voltage 68.7 V (Voc), Short Circuit Current 3.83 A (Isc), Warranted Output Tolerance 0%/+10%, internal bypass diodes, No. 12 AWG/MC4 locking connectors on 24 min length cables or approved equal. Safety Certification: UL 1703, cUL, CEC 2). Inverter: SunnyBoy 6000US, Max PV power at STC 7500W, Max DC Voltage 600V, Peak Power tracking 250-480V, DC Max. input current 25A, Fused input string inputs 4x15A (DC disconnect), AC nominal and peak output power 6000W, AC maximum output current @ 280V 29A, power factor 0.99, CEC weighted efficiency @ 208V 95.5%, Topology Low Frequency transformer, true sinewave, colling opticool, forced active cooling, LCD Display, compliance with IEEE-929, IEEE-1547, UL 1741, UL 1998, FCC Part 15 A&B. Compatible with SunnyBoy WebBox.Module interconnects with No 12 AWG/MC4 locking connectors, series string output cables and junction boxes to connect modules in configuration shown on carport drawing. Provide fuse/overcurrent protection for each array string. Array output from junction box to inverter by others.Provide complete installation wiring diagram and literature for all equipment provided.3). SunnyBoy WebBox : web enabled data collection and inverter control. Compatible with SunnyBoy 6000US inverter. RS485 communicates with up to 50 sunny inverters. Ethernet interface, connectionLAN, Sunny Portal. SD card up to 2 GB, Status display with integrated LEDs.4). SB RS-485-N Module. Allows inverter to communicate with WebBox.For products that meet the specifications, please provide the following information:1). Place of manufacture (foreign or American made).2). Ambient temperature range. List any restrictions.3). Delivery Terms.4). Can the contractor install all solar power components and connect to an existing power grid?5). Can components meet net-zero requirements? 6). Warranty Terms. For further information, please contact Glenn Shafer, Contracting Officer, at 602-417-9267 (e-mail: glenn_shafer@blm.gov), or Judy Hauser, Contracting Officer, at 602-417-9289 (e-mail: judy_hauser@blm.gov) Bureau of Land ManagementArizona State OfficeOne North Central Ave, Suite 800Phoenix, AZ 85004-4427
