Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS REQUIRMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER AN EXISTING CONTRACT FOR A MODIFICATION FOR THE DESIGN OF THE HELIUM RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR THE NEW BUILDING 1 EXTENSION PROECT AT THE NIST CAMPUS IN BOULDER, COLORADO. This post-award notice is issued in accordance with the guidance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR subpart 5.705. Contract Number RA1341-07-CQ-0063, Task Order 69190, Modification 2, was issued to HDR Architects of Omaha, Nebraska, on September 21, 2009 in the amount of $8,800.00. The period of performance for the contract remains the same, substantial completion is September 27, 2009. Work under this modification is for the review of the Helium Recovery System Design. The modification is to a contract awarded non-competitive as a follow on contract to an original competed contract.
