- Description
- The 341st Comptroller-Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, MT intends to negotiate with Akima Intra-Data, LLC. for Communications services for three two-month periods (1 December 2009 - 31 May 2010) IAW FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. This procurement is a continuation of existing Communications & Information Technology, Land Mobile Radio Maintenance, Telephone Maintenance and Video Teleconference services to provide opportunity to resolve protests of the awarded follow-on contract. Akima Intra-Data, LLC. currently provides this service and is the only responsible source that can immediately satisfy the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 519190. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 15 October 2009. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
