- ** The solicitation number has changed to SPM4A6-10-R-0049. NSN: 6210-01-460-6464, Electrical Light Control (Papi Assembly). Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fix Price contract with a 100% option. This solicitation is unrestricted. There is no surge requirement for this procurement.This item is not commercial off the shelf. Approved source is Ocem Acquisition Corporation, Cage 1T9K5, P/N: 92224188-1. The total contract quantity is 49 each and the 100% option quantity is also 49 each. This item is use on the F-16 aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Export control and Configuration control applies. Contract will be awarded only to those contractors with JCP certification issued prior to an award. Delivery of production units is 150 days ARO or best available. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination will be required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is October 6, 2009 and the anticipated closing date is November 6, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
