Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0026 with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC) (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, for the procurement of F/A-18E/F/G Engineering Change Proposal 6322 Dry Bay Fire Suppression System Software Change as to: (1) Retrofit Integrated Logistics Support/Logistic Support Analysis Provisioning and Design & Development; (2) Retrofit Technical Directives; (3) Retrofit Technical Publications; and (4) one Validation Kit. The delivery schedule/Period of Performance is approximately 2 years. MDC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18E/F/G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
