Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Rainin, 7500 Edgewater Drive, Oakland, CA 94621-3027 for LTS Aerosol Resistant tips in various sizes, Pipet-Lite LTS Magnetic Assist pipette in various sizes, LTS Spacesaver Presterile with stacked refills, EDP3-Plus Electronic LTS pipette in various sizes and with and without 8-channel, EDP3 in 12 channel in various sizes, Magnetic Hang-Ups, Bench Shelf Hang-Ups, Rapid Charge Stand for EDP3, Adapter for Hang Ups, and EDP3 Li-Ion replacement battery. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This procurement is not set-aside for small business. For contractual questions contact Linda M.
