Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number 20181RR017, the Solicitation will be posted on or about 9 October 2009. The work will consist of but, not be limited to the contractor to providing and installing a 15 KW Solar PV electric generation system at Buffalo Lake NWR (National Wildlife Refuge) Located in Randall County, near Umbarger, Texas. This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210; Electrical Contractors and other Wiring Installation Contractors. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
