Description

Item 1:Linear piezo stage PP-30, 30 mm travel. In-vacuum linear piezo stage with 30 mm travel including encoder and 1.6m long cables for the use in the CXI 1.0µm Sample Chamber for the aperture actuation. Stage 1E-9 Torr prepared, encoder 1E-8 Torr specified, 50 nm resolution, including two 9-pin female connectors. Ordering details: type PP-30, 30mm travel, item 430174-002. (1 each) Item 2: Rotary piezo stage PR-36. In-vacuum rotary piezo stage including encoder and 1.6m long cables for the use in the CXI 1.0µm Sample Chamber for the sample actuation. Stage 1E-9 Torr prepared, encoder 1E-8 Torr specified, 1.1 µdeg resolution, including two 9-pin female connectors. Ordering details: type PR-36, item 430211-002. (1 each) Item 3: Piezo motor extension cable. In-vacuum piezo motor extension cable for the use in the CXI 1.0µm Sample Chamber for the aperture and sample actuation piezo stages. 1E-8 Torr capable to match the corresponding stages (PP-30 and PR-36 stages), 1.2m long, including one 9-pin female connector and one male panel mount connector.
