- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10, has a requirement for RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS to be delivered on a daily basis to the following facilities: the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center at Wade Park, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio, 44106; the Columbus VA Outpatient Care Center, 543 Taylor Ave., Columbus, Ohio, 43203; the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45220; the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio, 45601; and the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio, 45428. The following is the potential list of requirements: 99mTc HDP, 99mTc MAA, 99mTcDTPA, 99mTcMAG-3, 99mTcO4, 99mTcSulfur Colloid, 99mTcMebrofenin, 99mTcApcitide, 99mTcWhite Blood Cells, 99mTc Filtered Sulfur Colloid, 99mTc Sestamibi, 111In White Blood Cells, 111InDTPA, 111In Capromab Pendetide (Prostascint), 111In Octreotide, 67Gallium Citrate, 201 Thallium Chloride, 123Iodine capsules 200 uCi ea., 131 Iodine capsules, 89Strontium, 153Samarium (Quadramet), Pyrophosphate Vials, UltraTag blood labeling kits, Ceretec, 131I MIBG, 18FDG, 18F for QC, 111In Ibritumomab Tiuxetan (Zevalin), 90Y Ibritumomab Tiuxetan (Zevalin). Solicitation number VA-250-09-RQ-0283 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to issue a firm fixed contract for a base and two option years. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice and a written solicitation will be issued on or about October 7, 2009. This is a FIRM FIXED acquisition for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 325412, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is being procured on the open market - unrestricted. The firm must be registered under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code. THE FIRM MUST be registered and be verified in the following websites: http://www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. NOTE: CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO AWARD. Offerors MUST ensure your registrations in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired.
