- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for; MILLED ASPHALTIC, PAVEMENT, COLD STOCK, RECYCLED FROM ROADWAY SURFACE GRINDING OPERATIONS. DELIVERED TO FORT RILEY, KS. Delivery points and time will vary. Deliveries that are down range must be during scheduled maintenance cycles. Maintenance cycles are normally known two (2) months in advance and last for one or two week. To FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442 Contract will be Delivery Order, FFP, FOB Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-35 dtd. 14 July 17, 2009. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5m. There are SIXTEEN contract line items (0001 through 3004). Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the best value, priced proposaL.
