- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. This is an annual synopsis of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-07-G-8743. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a BOA with L-3 Communications Corporation at 640N. 2200 W. Salt Lake City, Utah 84416-2925, for a maximum ceiling amount of $10,500,000.00 on 27 September 2007. The BOA covers a five year period. The BOA supports the following efforts: spares, repairs, modifications, design upgrades, engineering support, and field support services of L-3s common data link systems. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
