PR#: FD2030-09-08068 3. Repair 4. TF33 1ST Stage Turbine Blades 5. NSN: 2840-01-411-0982RV 6. P/N: 780831 7. Description: 2 blade set made up of 2 ea, pn 819501 blade. Blade approximately 5 inches in height- widest are = 1.25 inches-art about 1/2 inches thick. PWA 1455 (NI ALLOY) with protective coating PWA 70 with overcoat of PWA 73. Part directs airflow and gases in the airflow. 8. Material: NI Alloy 9. Quantity: 5269 SETS 10. Application: TF33 11. Destination: FB2039 Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma 12. Delivery: 195 sets starting 15 days after the receipt of assets until completion 13. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. 14. Export Control: Data is export controlled. The solicitation/procurement data list is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. NOTICE TO FOREIGN CONTRACTORS: Foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors. 15. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000 then UID requirements will apply 16. Additional Information: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 17. The intended source is Flight Support Inc. All responsible resources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 18. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
