- solicitation HSSS01-09-R-0063 Amendment 0001 - This amendment hereby incorporates the Solicitation no. HSSS01-09-R-0063. Offerors shall refer to the attached solicitation for further details and instructions on how to submit their proposal. Both Sample rifles and written proposals shall be delivered and received by the government no later than 11/02/2009 at 1600 hours EST. Offerors shall not send written proposals with the Rifles. Only Sample rifles shall be delivered to: U.S. Secret Service (RTC) Communications Center 245 Murray Drive SW, Bldg T-5 Washington, DC 20223 Attn: James Galvin Only Written proposals shall be electronically submitted via eMail to: gregory.anderson@usss.dhs.gov Offers will be notified upon completion of Testing and Evaluation of rifles, of whether or not the supplied rifles are still to be considered or have been eliminated from competition. Testing is estimated to be completed by 12/1/2009. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
