Description

Wanted to Lease by USDA The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Augusta County Office in Verona, Virginia, is interested in leasing approximately 7,295 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6,341 square feet ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 6,930 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of beginning at intersection of Highway 250 and Galena Road heading East on Galena Road to Pleasant View to Spring Hill Road heading North to Quick Mills Road heading East to Laurel Hill Road to I-81on the North, I-81 on the East, Route 262 on the South, and beginning at intersection of Highway 250 and Galena Road heading South to Route 262 on the West. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required on or after January 1, 2010.
