- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD 2009-10TC0089-10 The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to New Innovations, 3743 Boettler Oaks Drive, Ste B, Union Town, OH 44685, for the renewal of Residency Management Suite Licence Fees. The period of performance is 1 October 09-30 September 2010. The justification for this sole source procurement is that New Innovations currently holds the contract for option years. It is to the advantage to of the Government to continue the service for another year, rather than to change contracts in midstream. The statutory authority permitting other-than-full-and-open competition is 41 U.S.C., 253(c) (1): FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source at this time will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Requirements of this renewal are: PERIOD UNITS SERVICE PROVIDED 1 October 2009-30 September 2010 12 MONTHS 1 Each Renew management license from 1 Oct 2009-30 Sep 2010 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This procurement is not set-aside for small business and the intent of this procurement is to award based on present option year contract. The proposed contract action is for commercial service which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR subpart 27.4. The anticipated award date is 1 Oct 2001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 and DFARS Change Notice 20090825, Standard Industrial Code 3663, North American Industry Classification System Code 611710 and Size Standard of 100 apply to this procurement. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used.
