- Revised Solicitation W912PQ-09-T-0074 Revised Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912PQ-09-T-0074 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing, Newburgh, NY will conduct a Yellow Ribbon Family Reintegration event on 06-07 November 2009 at a facility with activities to accommodate families and children. The hotel facility must be within a 60 mile radius of Stewart Air National Guard Base located in Newburgh, NY. Individuals attending this event will require lodging, meals, conference meeting rooms, and audio/visual capabilities. It is anticipated that there will be 125 attendees. Attendees will check in on Friday, 06 November to register for the event. The event will formally begin at 3:00 p.m. on 06 November and end NLT 9:00 p.m. The event will resume on Saturday, 07 November at 8:00 a.m. and end NLT 4:00 p.m. Attendees will check out and travel home Saturday afternoon. Prices quoted for lodging and meals must be in accordance with the established per diem rates for the location or lower. Please see attached solicitation and Statement of Work for detailed requirements to accommodate this event. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Acceptability (Contractor's proposal meets the required accommodations, services, etc.) Award will be made IAW FAR 13.106. All interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. To register with CCR, log on to https://www.bpn.gov. If the offeror does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
