- RECOVERY-- THIS AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSED ONLY. The project is located at the Carlyle Lake, Clinton County, IL. The award of this contract is for the installation of a prefabricated bicycle bridge across the Kaskaskia River to connect the East Spillway service road to the General Dean Bridge Area at Carlyle Lake. Completion of the bridge will protect the public by providing a safe, permanent river crossing which will comply with public safety, EPA, and DOT regulations. In accordance with Section 803 Evaluation Requirements, the evaluation consensus board (using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP) determined Cherokee General Corporation as the best value contractor to perform the services.
