Description

DRAFT PBSOW The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking sources with the capability (within 21 calendar days) to respond to Department of Defense (DoD) requirement for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Analysis Support (MPTA). The specific requirements of this potential contract award are outlined in the attached (DRAFT) performance-based statement of work. This is an advanced sources sought capability survey request only. The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) combined firm fixed price and time and materials (Labor Hour) type contractual arrangement in support of this potential requirement. If your firm has the capability and willingness to respond to this potential MPTA requirement, please respond with an overview of your firm’s capabilities and willingness to participate in any future procurement. The anticipated Request for Proposals (RFP) release date for this potential acquisition is October 14, 2009 with an estimated award dated on or November 30, 2009. Should this potential requirement materialize a solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) or FedBizOpps aka FBO.gov website utilizing RFP and Client Order ID (COI) number 9Q9SDBIS013.
