Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform exterior renovations to the Chapel Building at the U.S. Coast Guard Fort Wadsworth Facility, Staten Island, NY. The project includes window and exterior door replacement, repointing, flashing and brick repairs and miscellaneous associated work. This Invitation for Bids is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns for which the applicable small business size standard is $33.5 Million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. This project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220. A 20% Bid Bond is required and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after award. The tentative bid opening date is 12 November 2009. Bid packages will be available on or about 13 October 2009. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on this web site. Bidders are required to verify the number of amendments prior to the proposal due date.
