Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 with the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole source basis. This order will cover the purchase of Swashplate Retrofit Part Kits. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tiltrotor aircraft and is the only known source that possesses the engineering data, technical skills and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, operation, and maintenance and support characteristics of this tiltrotor aircraft.
