Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA487709Q0822, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423730 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 - Neotech Air Cooled Hi Efficiency Transportable Chiller System PN. MALC-8026 Capacity: 71.6 TR Energy Efficiency (EER): 11.02 Ambient Temp: 95 deg.F to 115 deg F. Circulation Temps: 55 deg.F/45 deg.F Flow Rate: 172 GPM Line Power: 208V-3PH-60HZ Control Power: 120V-1PH-60HZ Essential features to include: Four scroll compressors Dual, equal refrigerant circuits, Industrial, transportable duty condenser coil w/ wide spaced heavy fins, 115V Crankcase heaters, Comp staged unloading, Nema 3R control panel, Phase and voltage monitor, Reverse phasing motor protector, Motor protection w/ solid state overloads, Low ambient fan cycling & speed control, Factory mounted & wired control transformer Factory mounted & wired service disconnect, Unit mounted all-bronze circulation pump w/ suction & discharge, valves, unions, and associated pump trim Pump performance: 175 GPM @ 133' head, 10 HP TEFC hi efficiency VFD-duty pump motor, Factory installed flow switch wired to panel, Chiller system assembled on structural steel frame with encased, forklift pockets for frequent handling & transportation Full R-22 factory charge, Factory start up and training, One year parts & labor warranty, Unit mounted & wired circulation pump VFD with bypass starters, fuses, and controls to sense & provide variable pumping capacity. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
