Description

NRCS Supplemental to OSHA Standards Wage Determinations for Cass County Specifications for Absaraka Dam Drawings for Absaraka Dam Solicitiation Package PROJECT NAME: Emergency Watershed Protection Program – Absaraka Dam Emergency Spillway Repair ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 LOCATION: Cass County, North Dakota SUMMARY: This project is for the Absaraka Dam Emergency Spillway Repair through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program in Cass County, North Dakota. Work is as detailed in the plans and specifications and includes: sediment control fencing, debris removal, common excavation, earthfill Class A, earthfill Class C and, seeding & topsoiling. TIME FRAMES/DATE: Performance time, including mobilization and demobilization and days for inclement weather is 28 work days assuming 10 hour work-days 5 days a week. Prospective contractors must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. A DUNS number can be obtained by calling the Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711 or via the internet at http://www.dnb.com. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must complete the annual representative and certifications electronically via the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Registration can be completed at the ORCA web site at http://orca.bpn.gov. Awarding of contract is contingent upon receiving funding received. Bid opening, October 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. CST. A site showing will be held at Absaraka Community Center, Absaraka, ND on October 5, 2009 at 10:30 CST.
