- RECOVERY Y- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACT #W9126G-06-D-0004-55 DALE WALZEL CONSTRUCTION, DUNS #960827129. The Contract Specialist for this action will be Linda McKethan (254) 939-1829; or by e-mail at Linda.N.McKethan@usace.army.mil. Synopsis: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, approved bonding and materials for rehabilitation construction of the restroom at the Boat Ramp Camper Service Building at Cedar Ridge Park, Belton Lake, Belton, TX. Exterior work consists of replacement of siding, metal roof, trim, partial stone and painting. Interior work consists of replacement of toilet fixtures, flush valves, partial water and sewer lines, doors, partitions, trim, light fixtures, painting, floor, counter, and wall tile.
