Description
RECOVERYPER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W912HN-07-D-0023 The Clement Group, LLC. This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to design and install a prefabricated modular office building suitable for outside use at the Clemson Pumping Station, located in Clemson, SC. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220; size standard $33.5 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: To provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to design and install a prefabricated modular office building suitable for outside use at the Clemson Pumping Station, located in Clemson, SC. Office building shall be of the single story, approximately 14 x 30 in size, include all wiring, plumbing and HVAC service to be placed on a concrete slab foundation. Contractor will install slab of sufficient size to accommodate office building and include all necessary plumbing and sewer piping and electrical conduits for proper hookup when building is installed. Foundation for slab will be properly graded to allow proper rain water runoff and prevent water accumulation at slab. Office building will include 240 V. electrical service with bathroom facility (toilet, sink and vanity) and kitchen sink and counter top, utility closet, tile flooring and florescent light fixtures, and 6 windows. All walls and ceiling shall be insulated to a minimum of R-11 thermal rating. Work shall include trenching for installation of new sewer drain piping and hook-up to pump station sewage connections.
