- SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for continuing services currently performed at Nellis AFB, NV. This is a follow-on action, and the performance period is 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. The award will be to McNaughton Book Lending Services, 500 Arch Street, Williamsport, PA 17701. Services under this award consist of the leasing of books for the Nellis AFB library. Statutory authority for this sole source award is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
