- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912P5-05-D-0014-0161. RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W912P5-05-D-0014, Montgomery Electric Company. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for installation of water line, water meters, valves, and associated parts along the roadway in Defeated Creek Campground, Defeated Creek Recreation Area, Cordell Hull Lake, Smith County, Tennessee. It is the intent of the Government to award delivery order 0161 against current indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract W912P5-05-D-0014. Delivery order 0161 will be a firm fixed price. This notice is not a solicitation.
